Much of their research work, as well as patient care and education, is made possible through the generosity of the sponsors donating to the participants of these events.

Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary is one of Alberta’s two major cancer centres providing advanced medical and supportive cancer care for people who live in southern Alberta, as well as some in parts of Saskatchewan and BC. Their focus is also on providing patient and professional education, and on performing extensive research to find even more effective treatments.
Cross Cancer Institute is one of Alberta's two major cancer centres. In addition to facilities for diagnosis and treatment, the Cross Cancer Institute offers many useful support services.
